Who Am I? I Am Complete as A Single Person

Many times, during and after a divorce, you might begin to re-evaluate who you are. After all, being in a marriage oftentimes has you taking on a new persona. Or maybe you didn't know yourself prior to getting married. This session will allow you to re-engage with who you were and who you really are.

Jeremiah 1:4-5

Taking Care of Yourself – Nutrition & Exercise

Divorce is, undoubtedly, a stressful event. To survive this successfully, you'll want to focus on your own needs and maintain a healthy lifestyle if you expect to bounce back. This session will allow you to assess what you eat and your exercise routine. Here at "You Can Live Again", we believe a whole-body concept is essential to a healthy mind.

It's time to address the importance of forgiving the ones who have hurt you. This session will teach you that forgiveness is necessary for your own growth, whether or not the offender expresses any remorse for the damage caused. Forgiveness is for you and not the other person. It's up to YOU to live again and we know you can!
